Kevin D. Monroe, Managing Partner and Founder of X Factor Consulting is a recognized leader in helping nonprofits build sustainable organizations and programs. He works with groups in one-on-one engagements as well as having designed and led learning communities for capacity building programs in Georgia and California.
He is an avid reader, a student of organizational development and leadership, and a life-long learner. Kevin holds a BA from Mercer University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and a board member for the National Institute for Learning Development. He resides in Woodstock, GA with his lovely wife Gwen.
